both of which were produced by American businesses,
are not eligible for the same incentives as those enjoyed by their rivals.
It is a bad policy choice that will simply restrict consumer options and punish potential buyers.
Instead of discouraging the manufacturing of electric vehicles, the government ought to encourage it.
